Job Summary

  • D-Tech Centrix Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Online Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales operations.
  • This role is ideal for a conversion-focused professional with a proven ability to turn online traffic into paying clients through social media selling, email marketing funnels, and high-converting landing pages.
  • The Online Sales Manager will own the entire online sales journey—from lead capture to conversion—optimizing every touchpoint to consistently exceed revenue targets.

  • The Online Sales Manager will take full ownership of digital revenue generation.
  • This role requires a hands-on professional who understands how to convert cold and warm audiences into clients using data-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales growth by converting leads generated from social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, etc.) into paying clients.
  • Design, optimize, and manage high-converting landing pages and sales funnels aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Build, execute, and continuously improve email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, upselling, and closing sales.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and test sales scripts, offers, CTAs, and pricing strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with digital sales trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in online selling within the education and consultancy space.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, revenue growth, and funnel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging, offers, and creatives for maximum conversion across digital channels.
  • Manage inbound leads from ads, social media, email, and website funnels, ensuring timely follow-ups and high close rates.
  • Analyze conversion data, sales metrics, and funnel performance to identify drop-offs and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in online sales or digital sales management, with measurable conversion results.
  • Strong experience in social media sales, email marketing, landing page optimization, and sales funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads within the education, immigration, career, or consultancy industry (strong advantage).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and sales analytics software.

You will excel in:

  • Turning social media conversations and inbound leads into booked consultations and closed deals.
  • Using analytics and CRM data to make informed decisions and continuously improve sales performance.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
  • Optimizing landing pages, email sequences, and follow-up workflows to increase conversion rates.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
