We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • his role is crucial in supporting ReelFruit’s expansion objectives and ensuring visibility and product performance in the field.
  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration by generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and executing regional sales strategies in assigned territories (Port Harcourt).

Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan to attract new clients.
  • Qualify leads and determine conversion potential.

Relationship Building & Account Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Manage accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ReelFruit’s products and offerings.

Sales Calls & Presentations:

  • Conduct effective discovery calls and in-person presentations.
  • Handle objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on closing deals.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Execute strategic sales plans as defined by the Sales Manager.
  • Gather feedback from clients and analyze competitor activity to refine sales tactics.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. / B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using data.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
