Job Title: Building Blocks and Concrete products Manufacturing Site Operations Manager

Location: Kobape, Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Description

• Overseeing daily operations, efficient production planning, manage raw material supply, and align output with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse demand trends to optimise production and minimise waste
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Manage and supervise staff on day-to-day operations on the site
• Monitor and control supply of raw materials and inventory levels

Requirements

• Verifiable knowledge of using ERPNext or similar software for manufacturing site management.
• Proximity to job location due to operational hours.
• Experience in block/concrete manufacturing,but not essential as training will be provided.
