We are a training and consulting company delivering capacity development programmes to government agencies, institutions, and organisations across Nigeria covering leadership, professional development, and a range of workforce training topics. We are looking for a coordinator who understands that in institutional contexts, relationships come before transactions someone who can represent us professionally, keep our pipeline organised, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Institutional Relations & Business Development Coordinator

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract (Hybrid)

What you'll do
Proposals & documents:

  • Maintain organised submission records.
  • Coordinate proposal submissions to agencies and institutions
  • Track deadlines and obtain acknowledgment copies

Institutional communication:

  • Handle follow-up communication and document sharing.
  • Coordinate meeting requests and appointments.
  • Maintain professional contact with agency stakeholders

Pipeline tracking:

  • Maintain a structured database of proposals and engagements
  • Flag developments relevant to our target institutions.
  • Monitor opportunities and provide weekly status updates

Meeting support:

  • Support post-meeting coordination and follow-through.
  • Prepare briefing materials and take action-point notes
  • Attend meetings independently or alongside leadership

What we're looking for

  • Field meetings will require travel within the city; Uber costs
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule in a hybrid setupLogistics
  • Highly organised, you track details, follow through without being chased, and keep records clean
  • Strong written and verbal communication ,you can represent the company professionally in emails, meetings, and calls
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in coordination, executive support, or business development — ideally with exposure to government agencies or institutional clients
  • Based in Abuja.
  • Understands how Nigerian institutional environments work ,you know that patience and professionalism are non-negotiables
