A reputable Real estate company with operations in Port Harcourt and presence in Lagos and Abuja is seeking competent and experienced professionals to fill the position below:

Job Position: Unit Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Position Summary

• The Unit Manager will oversee operational coordination, administrative management, reporting, and team supervision within the organization.
• The ideal candidate must be ICAN certifiied, possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior management and drive operational excellence.

Key Interfaces:

• Managing Director (MD)
• General Manager (GM)
• Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily unit operations.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational targets.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and administrative processes.
• Ensure effective communication between management and operational teams.
• Assist in implementing company policies and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a structured organization.
• Female candidate preferred.
• Age range: 35 – 40 years.
• Strong leadership, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
