Automation Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects across departments.
• Provide basic technical support where required.
• Support the digitization of daily operational processes and reporting.
• Assist departments in using digital tools and automated systems effectively.
• Help organize operational data, schedules, and records.
• Monitor workflow systems and report technical or operational issues.
• Support documentation of operational procedures and automation processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows and operational systems.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, digital tools, and workflow systems.
• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analysis, Business Technology, or a related field.

Added Advantage:

• Interest in operations management and process optimization.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make, or Google Apps Script.
• Basic understanding of data organization and reporting systems.
