Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (AMC & Technical Support)

Job Summary

• As the Maintenance Engineer, you will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot elevator faults, and ensure reliability, safety, and uptime of installed systems for clients under maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance reports, spare parts documentation, and technical records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and clients
• Respond to breakdowns and perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical inspections on elevator systems
• Participate in emergency on-call support and ensure service response compliance

Requirements

• HND/B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field with 3–5 years of experience in elevator maintenance or building systems support
• Experience handling preventive maintenance schedules and technical reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
