We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate MUST have adequate and reasonable years of experience in hospitality management and most importantly departmental operation.

The ideal person shall:

• Support and work with all heads if department in all aspects of running the hotel.
• Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth for smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure the implementation of SOP in all departments and checks the same during routine checks.
• Coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.
• Responsible for all aspects of department, identify staff training needs and regular training of staff.
• Monitor and maintain operational and overhead cost.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel Monitor purchases and request of all departments randomly inspect the store ,kitchen etc for compliance with laydown rules.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
