Job Title: Sales Executive (FMCG)

Location: Gowon Estate, Ipaja - Lagos

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate must be confident, persuasive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving business growth.
  • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Identify prospective customers and convert leads into paying clients.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Gender: Female
  • Preferred Age: 20–30 years
  • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
