We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Gym Equipment)

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of gym and fitness equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Execute marketing activities to boost brand visibility
  • ?Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support
  • ?Promote and sell gym equipment to individuals and organizations
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to after-sales service.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • ?2–5 years’ experience in sales / marketing / Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
