Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for property listings, project sites, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
• We are seeking a creative and skilled Cinematographer to join our team in a fast-growing real estate firm.
• The candidate must have a good eye for detail, storytelling, lighting, and visual composition to create engaging content that promotes the company’s brand and properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for property tours, promotional campaigns, interviews, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and media team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
• Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and cinematography best practices.
• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Conduct location assessments and prepare shooting setups as required.
• Perform other media-related duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting, and other production equipment.
• Capture high-quality videos and photographs of properties, project sites, and company activities.
• Manage video and photo archives, ensuring proper storage and organization of files.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Strong creative, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Experience operating professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate media production is an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 9 years of experiences.
