Job Summary

• As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding the customer base, and building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and provide market feedback to support business growth
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Promote the company's products, negotiate sales, and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and retail outlets
• Ensure timely order processing, product distribution, and collection of customer payments where applicable

Requirements

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop distributor, wholesaler, and retail customer relationships
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and territory management skills
