Solar Installer (Junior Level Engineers)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Installer (Junior Level Engineer)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support and after-sales services to customers
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Solar PV systems, Inverters, Batteries, Charge Controllers, Numeric UPS, and other UPS brands (up to 200kVA) as well as Servo Stabilizers (up to 500kVA)
• Electrical and Solar Energy Systems Installation, Maintenance, and Technical Support
• Implementation, coordination, and supervision of solar and electrical projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards
• Willing to work as a Field Service Engineer and travel extensively for project execution and maintenance activities
• Update service reports and job tickets accurately and on time
• Ensure JCCs are signed by customers and submitted to Lagos HQ weekly
• Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and prepare technical specifications in line with contractual and project requirements
• Knowledge of solar panel mounting, DC/AC wiring, battery bank configuration, electrical cabling, and LV electrical panels
• Train junior engineers and technicians on solar system installation, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and UPS maintenance.
• Installation, commissioning, and optimization of residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
