We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and customer activity updates.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's sales policies and operational procedures.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and direct marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to individuals and businesses.
  • Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Experience in the banking, fintech, telecommunications, FMCG, insurance, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales, field sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
