Description

  • The ideal candidate will identify prospective clients, manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Our client is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting the company's logistics and transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address client concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
  • Promote the company's logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Person Specifications

  • 1 - 3 years of proven sales experience; experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
