Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job Summary

The IT Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems across outlets and production units.
This includes POS systems, network infrastructure, user support, ERP software and system uptime.

POS & Business Systems Support.
IT Asset Management.
Technical Support & Helpdesk.
System Implementation & Improvement.
IT Infrastructure & System Management.
Data Management & Security.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:

Knowledge of networking, POS systems, ERP software and system troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–5 years experience in IT support (QSR / retail experience is an advantage).
