Job Position: Hotel Manager

Job Description
- The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth coordination of departments, and overall profitability of the business.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel departments (reception, housekeeping, bar, kitchen, security)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, duties, and performance
- Monitor hotel finances, expenses, and revenue
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the hotel
- Oversee stock management and supplies
- Prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- Experience in handling hotel operations and staff management
Other Requirements
- Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Good knowledge of hotel operations
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Preference for candidates living close to the hotel location
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic financial management knowledge
- Customer service orientation.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
Remuneration:
