We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor / Food Outlet Supervisor

Locations: Isheri & Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for highly responsible, fast-thinking, and disciplined Food Outlet Supervisors to manage our Isheri and Yaba outlets.
  • The Food Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the total performance of the outlet, overseeing both sales (front end) and production (back end).
  • Your focus: Speed, Quality, Cleanliness, Control.

Work Structure:

  • Shift Pattern: One Day On / One Day Off

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Flow Management:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations across sales and kitchen
  • Prevent delays, backlog, or service breakdown.
  • Maintain fast and efficient turnaround time between sales and production

Production Oversight:

  • Ensure all meals are prepared correctly, consistently, and on time.
  • Enforce portion control, quality standards, and presentation.
  • Minimize wastage.

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

  • Maintain strict hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure cleanliness of:
    • Back End (Kitchen/Production).
    • Front End (Sales Area)

Sales & Performance:

  • Ensure efficient handling of all walk-in and online orders.
  • Drive daily sales targets.
  • Maximize revenue through effective coordination.

Team Supervision:

  • Supervise staff and enforce discipline.
  • Ensure punctuality and effective teamwork.

Customer Experience:

  • Resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure fast, smooth, and pleasant service.

Reporting & Accountability:

  • Prepare daily reports (sales, stock, issues).
  • Monitor stock usage and prevent losses.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma / OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field with 2–4 years experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail supervision
  • Must reside around Isheri or Yaba (or nearby areas).
  • Strong leadership and operational control skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 - N125,000 Month.
