About the Role
- We are a rapidly growing premium hair brand with a strong footprint in Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada.
- As we expand, we are transitioning from founder-led sales to a structured, system-driven growth approach. We’re looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead this transformation.
- This is not a maintenance role—you will design systems, close gaps, lead a high-performing team, and take full ownership of driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth:
- Own monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline (lead ? follow-up ? close ? repeat)
- Identify and fix revenue leakages across the funnel
Build & Optimize Sales Systems:
- Implement CRM and sales tracking systems
- Create dashboards to monitor performance (conversion, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
- Improve website conversion and customer journey
Expand Sales Channels:
- Grow channels beyond Instagram (WhatsApp, TikTok, website, email)
- Launch and scale B2B partnerships (salons, resellers, distributors)
- Develop multi-channel strategies to reduce dependency on a single platform
Lead the Commercial Team:
- Manage Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service teams
- Set weekly targets and performance reviews
- Build scripts, playbooks, and scalable processes.
Own Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google
- Ensure all campaigns are tied to revenue outcomes
- Monitor and optimize ROAS and acquisition costs
Improve Customer Retention:
- Build repeat purchase systems (email, WhatsApp, loyalty flows)
- Turn customer feedback into growth opportunities
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):
- CRM and sales pipeline fully implemented
- WhatsApp and new sales channels activated
- Website conversion rate improved to 2.5%+
- Measurable improvement in ROAS (minimum 3x)
- B2B pipeline actively generating opportunities
- Weekly performance dashboards running consistently.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years in sales/marketing (with leadership experience)
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience managing digital marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Background in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or FMCG preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Revenue-focused and results-driven
- Able to build systems from scratch
- Confident making data-backed decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
