We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team.
  • As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints
  • Meet customer service standards and performance metrics
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery
  • Resolve issues with orders, payments, and returns

Requirements

  • BSc Degree / HND in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM Software.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus!)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
