Role Overview
- WEPHCO is seeking a high-performance Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer who can drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation at scale.
- This role is for a results-oriented professional who understands premium branding, digital positioning, and conversion-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual content for digital campaigns (social media, ads, website, etc.)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead flow
- Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, conversion-driven content
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-converting designs
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
