We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Objectives

  • Engage directly with business stakeholders, perform full lifecycle requirement analysis, support solution design, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • To independently manage business analysis activities for defined projects or workstreams.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal teams
  • Contribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation
  • Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps
  • Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
  • Facilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings
  • Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing
  • Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements

Key Performance Indicators

  • 90% of BRDs/FRSs approved without major revisions
  • 3% of UAT defect rate traced back to unclear requirements
  • ? 2 requirements reworked after development hand-off
  • 4.2 out of 5 Stakeholder satisfaction from feedback surveys
  • 95% Documentation completeness and adherence to standards.
  • 95% Timeliness of documentation delivery

Qualification/ Certifications

  • Demonstrated experience working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related) is preferred
