We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Data Cable Wholesale (Team)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Runlink (International Data Cable Brand) is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Lagos! Lead our sales team to develop on-site wholesale channels (Alaba/Computer Village) and manage omnichannel operations (social media offline markets) to drive data cable sales, distributor acquisition and market expansion across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and manage a sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, focusing on on-site market development and distributor recruitment in Lagos.
  • Oversee end-to-end omnichannel operations:
    - On-site: Daily visits to Alaba/Computer Village and Ikeja wholesale markets, develop B2B clients, close deals and maintain channel relationships.
  • Conduct market research, collect competitor information, customer demands and pricing data, and report to the Head of Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain sales records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • - Social media: Manage team's social media operations (TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram), create promotion content, drive online engagement and convert inquiries to sales.
  • Formulate local sales strategies, monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews and adjust tactics to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent; higher qualification is a plus.
  • 3 years of sales/retail experience in Nigeria, with at least 1 year of team management experience (mobile accessories/tech industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Nigeria's mainstream social media platforms (TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram) for B2B promotion and team management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills in English; ability to lead a team and drive results.
  • Willing to lead on-site market visits and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiar with Lagos on-site wholesale channels (Alaba/Computer Village) and have existing distributor/client resources.

Salary
N250,000 - N450,000 / month.
