Remote Product Content Marketing Manager

???? What You'll Be Owning (Day to Day):

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop a content calendar driving PLG funnel: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and onboarding content.
• Work closely with our Product and UX teams to shape launch messaging, feature teardowns, or internal tutorials.
• Produce at least two SEO-optimised long?form articles per week, based on SEO agency briefs.
• Design and oversee formats like podcast scripts, presentation decks, short?form video or carousel content.

Content Distribution & Experimentation

• Lead multichannel distribution: especially LinkedIn, YouTube, company newsletter, and targeted influencer outreach.
• Convert flagship pieces (e.g. a whitepaper) into modular LinkedIn posts, webinar slides, and social clips.
• Test and optimise new channels/ formats - for example turning blog posts into short Instagram stories with engagement tracking.
• Track performance metrics (e.g. MQLs per article, lead form drop-offs, webinar attendance, activation signals) and run content-driven A/B tests.

Community & Network Building

• Build and maintain partnerships with micro?influencers, guest experts, and industry bloggers to raise credibility and content reach.
• Facilitate short expert interviews, panel webinars, or collaborative blog series as part of an industry "Network of Experts".

Essential (hard) skills:

• 2+ years in content marketing/content management in B2B SaaS or tech; proven content case study portfolio required.
• Demonstrated SEO experience: keyword research, on?page optimization.
• Proficiency in multiple content formats (video, long?form articles, talks, webinars, decks).
• Ability to write compelling copy in English and German.
• Harbour a product mindset: You can explain a complex feature set and write content to drive PLG metrics (e.g. trial ? activation).
• Have contributed to PLG flywheels - helping turn passive readers into active users.
• Familiarity with engagement & analytics tools: Google Analytics, CRM (preferable Hubspot), Optimizely.

Essential (soft) strengths:

• Highly detail-oriented - every fact in your content is verifiable.
• Strong project management - you coordinate content deadlines, campaigns and feedback loops.
• Creative and experimental - willing to ideate new content formats or channel tests.
• Collaborative - able to sync with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Design teams.

• Hands-on experience working in or writing about AI tools/machine learning in a B2B context.
• A/B testing/CRO tools experience.
