• Experience with CRM, ticketing, marketing automation, CDP/DMP, BI tools.
• Background with social media/digital marketing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout).
• Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth/SSO, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
