• BA/BS in journalism, communications, or meteorology preferred.
• 3–5+ years as multimedia journalist, video producer, or digital creator.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere; shoot, write, edit, and deliver 60–120s packages.
• Strong editorial judgment; maintain accuracy and clarity.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and deploy quickly; valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with meteorology or weather storytelling; strong writing.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit video independently in the field.
• Experience covering severe weather or breaking news.
