• Lead orchestration of virtual events, webinars, and conferences
• Manage campaigns for quarterly product releases and activations
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, product, and vendors
• Support communications to align timelines and deliverables
• Oversee event logistics: scheduling, assets, vendors, and invoicing
• Manage post-event reporting and stakeholder feedback

???? Requirements

• 3+ years in PM, marketing coordination, or event execution (B2B SaaS)
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with webinars, virtual events, or tradeshows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with marketing automation and event platforms (HubSpot, CVENT)
• Experience in B2B SaaS, esp. restaurant tech/payments
