Our client is looking for a strategic Head of Brand and Communications to shape how the world sees the organization and all its sister companies.
This person will oversee brand positioning, public communication, storytelling, media messaging, reputation management, executive communications, and narrative control across all platforms.
You will help position our client as a dominant African-led global technology and infrastructure company.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead brand communication strategy across all SBUs
- Build strong, premium, and emotionally compelling brand narratives
- Oversee PR, media positioning, podcasts, interviews, and public perception
- Develop communication frameworks for launches, webinars, campaigns, and announcements
- Ensure consistent messaging across social media, websites, emails, and public appearances
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management where necessary
- Help position executives and company leaders as industry authorities
- Supervise content, storytelling, and communication teams
- Ensure all communication reflects excellence and premium positioning
Ideal Candidate
- Deep understanding of branding and storytelling psychology
- Strong understanding of African, diaspora, and North American audiences
- Excellent communication and editorial skills
- Experience managing public perception for brands or executives
- Strong strategic thinking ability
- Able to operate in fast-moving environments
