Job Summary

• Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to understand and address their anxiety and emotional needs to help them live healthier lives.
• A Counseling Psychologist’s responsibilities include building relationships with patients by listening and assisting them in developing habits that improve their lives and overcome stress, anxiety, and behavioral disorders.
• We are looking for a Counseling Psychologist to join our team and help our patients live better lives by helping them develop problem-solving skills to address anxiety and emotional disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients undergoing treatment and adjust wellness plans as needed.
• Engage in discussions with patients and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Record patient information and manage confidential files.
• Create and employ treatment plans.
• Assess patients and identify their problems.
• Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships.

Requirements and Skills

• Highly analytical mindset.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven work experience as a Counseling Psychologist or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
