Job Title: Digital Marketer & Lead Generation Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

• We run a real estate company in Nigeria, selling high-value residential and commercial properties. We are hiring a Digital Marketer & lead generation manager whose primary responsibility is to generate serious buyer leads. This is NOT a content posting role. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified leads generated.
• Performance-focused role for generating qualified buyer leads via Facebook and Instagram ads, directed to Business WhatsApp. Success is based on lead quality, not just volume or engagement. The timeline is 1-3 months, with the option of retention based on performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting Nigerians in diaspora and investors in Nigeria
• Create simple but effective property marketing content
• Generate leads and direct them to WhatsApp
• Continuously improve campaigns to increase lead quality

Goal:
Consistent flow of qualified buyers with real purchasing capacity

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience generating leads (especially for real estate or high-ticket products)
• Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ads using Facebook Ads Manager
• Ability to show past campaign results (leads, conversions, not just impressions)

Compensation:
?200k – ?300k/month + performance bonus based on qualified leads.
