? Onboard and manage vendors and suppliers, ? Ensure vendors comply with company SLAs and operational standards, ? Resolve operational disputes with sellers and logistics partners, ? Monitor product availability and pricing quality.
Logistics & Fulfillment
? Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers across Nigeria, ? Optimize fulfillment timelines and delivery success rates, ? Manage reverse logistics and returns processes, ? Build scalable logistics operating procedures.
Customer Experience
? Oversee customer support operations, ? Ensure fast resolution of complaints and escalations, ? Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, ? Improve retention and repeat purchase experience.
BNPL / Credit Operations
? Coordinate operational workflows relating to Pay Later applications, ? Work with verification and credit teams, ? Monitor KYC processes and operational fraud controls, ? Ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
Process & Team Management
? Build operational systems, SOPs, and workflows, ? Hire, train, and manage operational staff, ? Set KPIs and performance targets, ? Drive accountability across teams. Reporting & Analytics ? Track operational KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports, ? Analyze order trends, fulfillment issues, customer complaints, and operational performance, ? Use operational data to improve conversion, efficiency, and profitability. Requirements Mandatory
Experience
? Minimum 7 years experience in e-commerce operations
? Must have worked in a Nigerian e-commerce or digital commerce company,
? Strong understanding of Nigerian logistics and fulfillment operations,
? Experience managing vendors, customer support, and operational teams,
? Experience scaling operational processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
