Job Summary
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to platform users, vendors, and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat
- Assist customers with orders, payments, account issues, Refunds and service inquiries
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions, Feedback and service requests
- Support vendors and users on the marketplace platform. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support merchants and users on the digital platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
