Job Brief

• We are looking for a Counseling Psychologist to join our teaml and help our patients live better lives by helping them develop problem-solving skills to address anxiety and emotional disorders.

Responsibilities

• Create and employ treatment plans
• Record patient information and manage confidential files
• Assess patients and identify their problems
• Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships
• Evaluate patients undergoing treatment and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Engage in discussions with patients and ensure they feel comfortable

Requirements and Skills

• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Counseling Psychologist
• Proven work experience as a Counseling Psychologist or similar role
• Highly analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
