Description

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Strategy & Growth Specialist to lead the development and execution of high-performing content for a real estate brand.
• This role is for someone who knows how to turn content into engagement, audience growth, revenue and generate qualified leads.
• The role requires a strong understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter), the ability to create compelling content with effective hooks, and a proven track record of managing and scaling social media pages.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate measurable growth and performance from platforms they have previously handled.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Create and execute high-performing content with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Grow social media pages organically while driving qualified leads.
• Continuously analyse performance and optimize content for better results.
• Leverage deep understanding of platform algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social media pages (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of content performance, engagement metrics, and algorithms
• Hands-on ability to create content (video creation/editing is a plus)
• Experience in real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Highly creative, analytical, and results-driven.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
