Job Summary

• Our client, a reputable pharmacy, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage the organization’s financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
• The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and financial policies.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and financial efficiency.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory remittances.
• Monitor budgets and track financial performance against targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN / ACCA certified).
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (pharmacy, retail, or FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
