Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
