Job Summary

• The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling a wide range of executive-level tasks with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
• Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary documents and background information.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Professional demeanour, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
