We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Supervisor
Job Location: Benin, Edo

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate manpower requisition and recruitment activities
Address employee's grievance and workplace concerns
Monitor Implementation of the performance appraisal system
Identify training needs across department
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Laise with trade union and employee representatives when applicable

Qualification/Experience

Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any social science discipline or related field-Membership of a professional body (CIPM) is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years of work experience on a supervisory capacity in Human Resources department
Must have strong communication skill and must be computer literate.
