?About the Role

• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical operations and stock management, ensuring that components for Air Conditioners (ACs), Fans, TVs, and other home appliances are perfectly tracked, organized, and available for our service team.
• ?We are seeking a structured and detailed-oriented After-Sales Inventory Supervisor to oversee our technical spare parts and appliance inventory.

?Key Responsibilities

• ?Track and log technical stock components specifically related to ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.
• ?Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage conditions for all technical components.
• ?Coordinate with the technical team to issue the exact parts required for appliance repairs and maintenance.
• ?Perform regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• ?Supervise and manage the daily operations of the after-sales inventory and spare parts store.

?Requirements & Qualifications

• ?Technical & Appliance Knowledge: Solid understanding or familiarity with the components and spare parts of ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.

?The "3 Cs" Mastery:

• ?Customer Relationship: Excellent professional etiquette to handle internal team requests and manage relationships with external parts vendors.
• ?Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) or inventory systems for precise tracking and reporting.
• ?Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and a sharp eye for detail.
• ?Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate seamlessly between technicians, management, and suppliers.
• ?Proximity: Must reside close to the office location (proximity is highly prioritized).
