Job Title: Territorial Development Representative (Sales)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Kaduna, Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience preferably in Fintech sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
