Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, maintain office efficiency, support management, and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our automobile company in Zone 4, Abuja.

Key Responsibilites
Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents

Office Management:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
  • Support management with administrative tasks and projects
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities

Record Keeping & Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee and company records
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and business documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
