Job Title: Talent Management & Learning Officer

Job Summary

  • Your primary focus will be designing and executing impactful learning initiatives that nurture talent, foster continuous development, and build a high-performing workforce.
  • We are looking for a proactive and growth-mindedTalent Management & Learning Officer.In this role, you will be the driving force behind enhancing employee skills, performance, and long-term career growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across the business.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Strengthen the company'semployer brand and candidate experience.

Learning & Development:

  • Design, organize, and evaluate internal and external training programmes.
  • Track learning effectiveness and prepare training reports.
  • Coordinate the company's Academy and annual learning calendar.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Maintain talent profiles and succession plans.
  • Coordinate the company's Leadership Club and leadership development programmes.
  • Support succession planning and high-potential employee development.
  • Manage mentoring, coaching, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
  • Generate performance analytics and recommend development interventions.
  • Support managers with performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

HR Operations:

  • Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, and training-related letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, organizational charts, and job descriptions.
  • Provide HR advisory support to managers on employee development, career progression, and talent management matters.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and internal mobility processes.
  • Support HR policy implementation, HR audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor probation reviews and ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment, learning, performance, turnover, and workforce metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, learning administration, and performance management.
  • CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years' HR experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Generalist HR.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
