Job Position: HR Generalist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support payroll processes and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle HR reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience within a Printing or Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
