Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

Job Summary

A reputable multinational FMCG company is currently looking for an experienced recruiter to handle recruitment operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements.
Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and recruitment leadership.
Manage the posting of job vacancies at top performing recruitment channels.
Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing.

Qualifications

Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people.
At least 2-3 year of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, head hunter or within a recruitment agency, preferably in FMCG industry.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime.
