Job Position: Stable Freelance Shift Operator (SO)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To execute operational tasks during assigned shifts and ensure smooth service delivery within the organization’s operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks during scheduled shifts.
• Manage shift of carers.
• Timely submission of Time sheets for carers.
• Monitor operational processes and ensure service continuity.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Escalate operational challenges to supervisors.
• Support service delivery and client support processes.

KPIs

• Shift task completion rate
• Service response time
• Operational accuracy rate
• Compliance with procedures
• Incident reporting timeliness
• Attendance and punctuality rate

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma, Degree or relevant certification.
• Prior operational or service delivery experience is an advantage.

Core Competencies:

• Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, operational discipline.

Remuneration

• Stipend: N120,000 / month
• Additional benefits; bonus on hours achieved on target.
