Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to lead B2B client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will focus entirely on identifying prospective corporate clients, pitching to executive decision-makers, and closing deals for Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold-outreach, and pitch to HR Directors, CHROs, and C-Suite executives to secure new corporate clients.
  • Present and sell tailored HR solutions, specifically Recruitment pipelines and corporate Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
  • Handle proposals, navigate pricing negotiations, and close corporate contracts to hit monthly revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with acquired clients to cross-sell and upsell other internal HR services.
  • Track the sales funnel and provide weekly pipeline updates to the Business Development Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience strictly selling Recruitment, L&D, or HR consulting services to corporate clients.
  • Elite communication, corporate presentation, and consultative negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated "hunter" personality with a track record of closing B2B deals.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
