We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solution Architect (Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant)

Location: Lagos

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
  • Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
  • 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery?focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross?functional collaboration

Skills:

  • Understanding of root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
  • Understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and performance considerations
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation, release notes, and implementation artefacts
  • Ability to support multiple projects and technical initiatives
  • Working effectively within multi?disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
  • Ability to follow enterprise coding and governance standards
  • Ability to onboard quickly into new technologies and enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with application development, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
  • Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control
  • Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
  • Understanding of logging, auditability, and access management standards
  • Ability to implement secure coding and deployment practices
  • Experience working within governance and quality assurance frameworks
