Job Summary

• As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing lifecycle marketing infrastructure across the customer journey. You will design, implement, and optimize automated campaigns that drive user activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Braze), including workflow design, segmentation, and automated messaging campaigns
• Design customer journeys based on user behavior and collaborate with product and engineering teams for event-based triggers
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze user data, and provide insights to support growth and revenue objectives
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4–6 years’ experience in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or product marketing
• Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, performance tracking, and product analytics
• Strong understanding of user segmentation, behavioral triggers, and automated campaign design
