Job Summary

  • We are seeking smart, energetic, and goal-driven candidates for our Management Trainee Program in Apapa.
  • Successful candidates will gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, market expansion, and business operations.
  • The program is designed to develop young professionals into high-performing sales and business development executives through structured training, field engagement, mentorship, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned locations.
  • Support daily sales and business development operations.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer trends.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Drive customer acquisition and promote company products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall business performance.
  • Participate in intensive training sessions and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Represent the organization professionally during client engagements.

Requirements

  • Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates residing in or around Apapa are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
