Job Title: Social Media Manager at Bergstein Hospital

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and online brand growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, growing our online community, and driving patient engagement through impactful digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and online inquiries while maintaining the hospital's professional image.
  • Protect and maintain the hospital's online reputation by monitoring reviews and public feedback.
  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Design and coordinate educational, promotional, and awareness campaigns for hospital services.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hospital's goals.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other departments to create informative healthcare content.

Requirements

  • Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years experience managing social media for a healthcare organization, corporate brand, or digital agency.
